The sections below contain all the information and instructions for taking care of your new tattoo or piercing.  Additionally, we carry a full line of products for all of your tattoo and piercing aftercare needs.  If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to speak to your tattoo artist or piercer.

Tattoos

Wash tattoo at least 2 to 3 times daily with warm water and liquid Dial.

Allow to air dry or pat dry. NEVER rub dry.

Apply a VERY THIN layer of Vitamin A&D ointment or preferably Aquaphor by Eucerin.  Blot with a clean paper towel to remove excess ointment.

If desired, you may re-wrap tattoo with plastic wrap for the FIRST NIGHT ONLY.  This is particularly recommended for larger full color tattoos.

After 3 days, replace ointment with a white, fragrance free body lotion, such as Lubriderm Fragrance Free.  Use 4-5 times daily for 3 weeks.

After a few days your tattoo will peel like a sunburn.  This is normal.

DO NOT PICK OR SCRATCH, particularly if you have any scabbing.  Picking scabs can often lead to ink loss.

**In the event you need a touch up, all of our artists guarantee their work with free touch ups for the first year.  The sooner you can come in after the tattoo is fully healed the better.

Piercings

Never touch the piercing or area around the piercing with dirty hands.

Do not spin your jewelry.

Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, or ointments.

Clean your piercing twice a day with mild antibacterial liquid soap or Johnson's Baby soap.

Using soapy fingers, remove all crusted matter.

Rinse well and allow to air dry.

Every other day irrigate the piercing with a Saline Wound Wash(DO NOT use Contact Lens Saline).

Expect your piercing to be tender, swollen, red and/or itchy for several weeks.  Ibubrofen will help with swelling and soreness.

You may notice some bleeding during the first few days, particularly if you bump or irritate it.

It will secrete a white/yellowish fluid which crusts on the jewelry.

It may tighten around the jewelry as it heals.

ORAL PIERCING

After eating, drinking, or smoking, and at least 3 times a day, rinse with a 50/50 mix of Listerine and water.

Control the swelling by frequently sucking on crushed ice.

Aleve, Ibuprofen, or any anti-inflammatory can also be used.

**If you have any questions or concerns, please come in or call and speak to your piercer.
