Wash tattoo at least 2 to 3 times daily with warm water and liquid Dial.
Allow to air dry or pat dry. NEVER rub dry.
Apply a VERY THIN layer of Vitamin A&D ointment or preferably Aquaphor by Eucerin. Blot with a clean paper towel to remove excess ointment.
If desired, you may re-wrap tattoo with plastic wrap for the FIRST NIGHT ONLY. This is particularly recommended for larger full color tattoos.
After 3 days, replace ointment with a white, fragrance free body lotion, such as Lubriderm Fragrance Free. Use 4-5 times daily for 3 weeks.
After a few days your tattoo will peel like a sunburn. This is normal.
DO NOT PICK OR SCRATCH, particularly if you have any scabbing. Picking scabs can often lead to ink loss.
**In the event you need a touch up, all of our artists guarantee their work with free touch ups for the first year. The sooner you can come in after the tattoo is fully healed the better.

You may notice some bleeding during the first few days, particularly if you bump or irritate it.
It will secrete a white/yellowish fluid which crusts on the jewelry.
It may tighten around the jewelry as it heals.

Control the swelling by frequently sucking on crushed ice.
